2-Way Component Speaker

The R2-S65C features a 16.5cm door woofer and a 4.3cm tweeter with up to 40kHz frequency response.

Glass-Fiber Reinforced Cone

The door woofer features a lightweight, stiff glass-fiber reinforced cone for fast response and accurate reproduction.

Composite Basket and Large Magnets

Standard models (R2-S65C, R2-S65, R2-S69C, R2-S69) use composite baskets, fitting larger magnets while maintaining mounting depth.

Hi-Res Audio Certified Hard Dome Tweeter

Magnesium hard-dome tweeters deliver clear, detailed sound up to 40kHz. Can be flush-mounted or on-dash and swiveled toward the listening sweet-spot.

Easy-Fit Tweeter in OEM Locations

Remove the installation frame and trim ring to fit the tweeter in A-pillars, mirror triangles, or door panels for stealthy installation.

High-Pass X-Over Network

Small, easy-to-install networks allow retaining original wiring and adjustable tweeter levels (-3dB / 0dB / +3dB).
