VIBE British Audio introduces the 2020 POWERBOX amplifier range! Building on the success of our groundbreaking Powerbox Micro amplifiers, the evolved Powerbox Mini range delivers more power in a small footprint while retaining exceptional sound quality.

Amplifier Topology

The Powerbox Mini Class D multi-channel amplifiers feature a MOSFET output stage usually reserved for larger platform amps. Class D topology provides higher efficiency than traditional Class AB designs, keeping the amp cooler, drawing less current, and delivering higher power output. Channels can also be bridged to drive a subwoofer, offering a versatile one-amplifier solution.

High efficiency design ensures less strain on the factory charging system and excellent sound quality.

Deltabox™ Connectivity

Inputs include high-quality RCA (0.5V – 6V) and Deltabox™ High-Level circuit, offering AutoSense remote turn-on for factory systems. No separate line-level converter is required. The DC offset auto-sense method ensures a stable and reliable turn-on compared to traditional signal sensing.

OPTISOUND™ Advanced OEM Integration

VIBE partnered with top amplifier designers to ensure seamless integration with modern vehicles. Technology prevents autodetection issues and OEM error messages that may occur when installing aftermarket amplifiers, such as speaker cutouts or fader disappearance. Perfect for OEM installations.

VIBE Sound Studio™ Active Crossovers

High and Low pass filters with a natural 12dB slope allow safe operation for passive and active systems. When used in FULL RANGE mode, the amplifier supports an incredible 10Hz – 30kHz bandwidth, making it ideal for high-resolution tweeters and demanding sound quality systems. Active crossover networks simplify running fully active speaker setups without complex external crossovers.
